Returns
Please note that personalized items can not be returned or refunded after the order is placed
You can return your products within 14 days from the moment the order has been delivered. The shipping costs for the returns are for the customer itself. We do not refund the made shipping costs to return to use.
We do refund the shipping costs that has been paid on our store if all products of the order are returned.
If you want to return, please contact us on info@kidslxuury.eu before you return the items. It is possible for us to offer you a cheaper return shipping label. This could reduce the costs for the return for the customer.
